My go to is the Salt and Pepper Chicken Over Rice ($5.75) which tastes similar to popcorn chicken!, I've heard great things about their Porkchop over Rice as well ($5.75). The Taiwanese Taro Ball shaved ice for dessert, is actually one of the more unique desserts you can find in Chinatown! 13 different ingredients, try if you want a ton of flavors (Purple Yam, Taro, Sweet Potato, Pineapple, Kidney Beans, etc.).
