"Jansana is THE gluten-free bakery of Barcelona. I'd argue they're the most famous 100% GF bakery in the whole city...people come from all over to try Jansana's pastries. Here you can get sweet treats like brownies, cookies, and croissants and savory bites like empanadas, quiches, and flatbreads. They have a really cute seating area in the back of the shop but there are only a few tables so be prepared to potentially take your treats to go. From what I remember, their menu was only in Catalan so if you're traveling with translation cards be sure to come armed with both a Spanish and Catalan version. "
