From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with impeccable service and attention to detail. The hotel's concierge was incredibly helpful, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The non-smoking rooms were beautifully appointed, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploration. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable seating area and the flat-screen TV that allowed me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible spa and wellness center. I indulged in the fitness center, sauna, and hot tub, which provided a much-needed respite from the bustling city. The terrace offered a picturesque setting to relax and soak up the stunning views of Reykjavík. The dining options at The Reykjavik EDITION were outstanding. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that showcased the best of Icelandic cuisine. I also loved the bar, which offered a cozy ambiance and a wide selection of beverages to choose from. The attention to detail in both the food and service was truly impressive. Each morning, I started my day with a delicious à la carte breakfast. The menu offered a variety of options to suit every palate, and the quality of the ingredients was exceptional. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. Speaking of exploring, the hotel's location was ideal. I was within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the Solfar Sun Voyager, Hallgrímskirkja Church, and the Harpa Concert Hall & Conference Centre. Reykjavik Old Harbour was also nearby, offering charming waterfront views and a vibrant atmosphere. When it was time to depart, I was pleased to find that the hotel's proximity to Reykjavík Domestic Airport made my journey home seamless. I highly recommend The Reykjavik EDITION for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Reykjavík. "The Reykjavik Edition Hotel is one of Reykjaviks most exquisite hotels and situated right on the bay. Close to all the central locations and attractions it's pricey but it's perfect. The food here is to die for and the ambiance is amazing. If you can afford it, do it. "
