"The Pu'u 'Ualaka'a State Wayside Park is open from 7am - 6:45pm. The road leading up to the park will bring you to a picnic area and the Tantalus Lookout. There is limited parking but you are able to walk to the lookout from the picnic area if the parking lot is full.
Tantalus Lookout Offers gorgeous views of Honolulu and information about the history of Oahu. This is a great spot to stretch your legs and take in the beauty of the island."

"Amazing lookout point for sunset! Easy to get to by car or uber. If you stay late you will see the stars and the sky line of the city. I think it the park closes before dark so you have to leave but there are a lot of parking spots along the way down."

"Great sunset and picnic spot! Can get a little crowded on the weekends. Watch for when the gates to the parking lot close."
