"Headed North from L.A.? Plan your lunch stop around this epic flatbread restaurant. Despite the many amazing toppings, the underlying bread itself is the kicker. I love to sit inside near the giant pizza oven and watch the women build their massive, cheesy creations one by one. Then the gorgeous flatbreads are placed onto a ten-foot-long giant wooden spatula and into the wood fire.
Favorite breakfast dish: Scambled egg, burrata, & prosciutto on toast.
Favorite Dessert: The oven-warmed s’mores with home-made marshmallow chunks!
Favorite flatbread: If you’re a couple, order three small(er) flatbreads of different toppings to share. {The smoked salmon with caviar is nuts!}
