"Headed North from L.A.? Plan your lunch stop around this epic flatbread restaurant. Despite the many amazing toppings, the underlying bread itself is the kicker. I love to sit inside near the giant pizza oven and watch the women build their massive, cheesy creations one by one. Then the gorgeous flatbreads are placed onto a ten-foot-long giant wooden spatula and into the wood fire. Favorite breakfast dish: Scambled egg, burrata, & prosciutto on toast. Favorite Dessert: The oven-warmed s’mores with home-made marshmallow chunks! Favorite flatbread: If you’re a couple, order three small(er) flatbreads of different toppings to share. {The smoked salmon with caviar is nuts!} Thursday & Friday DINNER Saturday & Sunday LUNCH & DINNER"

"Owner Clark Staub was an early adopter of Los Alamos and has been carrying its flag ever since he opened this beloved casual staple in 2003. Full of Life is centered around its wood-fired oven, from which emerge hundreds of flatbreads, made from 100% organics wheat flour with very Californian vegetable-forward toppings."
