Some fun facts about the hotel: - Howard Hughes lived here. - Elizabeth Taylor had 6 honeymoons here - Marilyn Monroe like staying in bungalow #1 and #7. - John Lennon spent some time there with Yoko Ono. - It costs $10k and up to stay in a bungalow. The hotel is now owned by the Sultan of Brunei who originally bought it for $110 million dollars. Many activists continue to protest the hotel and any of the Sultan's properties due to the injustices he stands for overseas. I highly recommend getting informed about it. "
