"I first discovered the Denver Pearl Street location (now closed) of Quiero Arepas and immediately fell in love. This is a must-try for any gluten-free Denver hanger-outers. The restaurant is 100% gluten-free (though not grain-free, their arepas are corn) and 200% incredible. Besides indulging in a delicious and totally safe arepa, you NEED to get a cocada. When I checked this place out with my mom and sister we could not stop stuffing our faces with that amazing coconut drink. More recently, they’ve opened a stall in the collective eatery Avanti and they are still doing the same thing…just on a slightly smaller scale. I highly recommend! "
