"What can I say? Gasperini is an absolute paradise for celiacs in Florence. It is all the way out by the airport so not necessarily an easy stop for a short trip but if you have a bit more time in Florence you should make the trip out here. The whole store (which is huge, by the way!) is full of GF staples. Like, GF pasta, bread, treats, and snacks in every brand and variety you could imagine. The amount of self-control I have to exercise shopping here is insane.
They also have a fresh bakery/coffee shop in the store so you can get a bite to eat after you do your groceries!
I could cry thinking about how much I love Gasperini. "
