"Such a gem! Cannot tell you how many times I've been here. So much less touristy than Breizh, and absolutely delicious crêpes (and galettes) and cider. What's the difference between crêpes and galettes? Crêpes are sweet and dessert-y, and this type of 'pancake' is what you'll usually be served from street stalls. Crêpes are not gluten-free. Galettes are made of gluten-free buckwheat (sarrasin) flour and are more savory. So, normally you will start with a galette as the main part of your meal and then finish with a crêpe. If you have a severe gluten sensitivity, double check with the staff about their food prep practices before dining!"
