"Cleo's Southern Kitchen puts a modern Creole twist on classic Southern eats. They have some of best fried chicken in Chicago, which they pair with a Belgium waffle. Other favorites on the menu include their mac and cheese and fried catfish. The food is made to order and the downtown location has very limited seating, so order ahead for pick up to save some time! Black/women-owned Mon - Fri: 11am to 6pm Sat & Sun: CLOSED $$"
