"A new way of drinking Japanese tea can be experienced in Kamakura!
14 people can seat around the first nuresansui table in Japan!
What? Nuresansui?
😂 If you have never heard this word before, neither have we, before visiting this cafe!
濡山水(ぬれさんすい)means “wet landscape”.
This table is the first of his genre, incorporating both the white pebbles typical of a japanese zen garden and a gentle river flowing in the middle of the table and through the edges..
It’s a treat for your senses!
✨ RECOMMENDED FOR..
People who think matcha by itself is too, and/or have already had your share of tea time at a Japanese temple.
Anyone who wants to experience a zen tea time with a modern twist!
✨ WHAT WE GOT ✨
🍰 Matcha and roasted green tea terrine
☕️ Cold matcha latte & Roasted green tea latte (pour over in front of you!)
Matcha latte is made in front of your with high grade Uji matcha from Kyoto!
They have seasonal flavors too, like sweet potato for fall and they have a special menu and decorations during sakura season so you can enjoy this atmosphere throughout the year and it won’t feel the same!

"OK so this isn't technically in Tokyo but it's close enough and worth the visit. Hear me out!
This unique cafe features a bed of sand covered in water as your tabletop! This cafe has been featured on Instagram many times and is very cute.
As for the menu, I personally don't like matcha (which is their specialty), so I'd lean towards these items:
1. Cream cheese with raspberry sauce (yokan terrine)
2. Passionfruitsade
3. Hydrangea terrine with blueberry cream(may be seasonal)
4. Hydrangea soda (may be seasonal) "
