"The home of the gods, or Apukunaq Tianan (in the Quechua language), is a modern tourist attraction consisting of several stone sculptures up to 8 meters in height. It is located just 12 kilometers from the city of Cusco. A visit to this place is a magical journey to the most representative symbols and figures of the Inca culture.
There are single-day tours to this place; I opted for an exciting ATV tour with some adrenaline to get on the way. The agency will pick you up in the city center of Cusco and drive to a neighborhood outside of the city where you get an ATV and drive with a group to the home of the gods.
🚃 TRANSPORTATION
If you are not into the ATV tour, there are options with agencies that will drive you to the place. You can also go on your own, even by public transport or bicycle. "
