Puerto Rico is La Isla del Encanto (The Island of Enchantment) but due to colonization and multiple natural disasters the lives of Puerto Ricans have suffered multiple challenges. It was important for me when creating this itinerary to highlight ways for visitors to the island to support those who were born and raised and love their island.
