"I have not been to Entrepapas, so I cannot espouse on its food. However, right in front of the restaurants, you can find a small stand selling some of the best street churros you'll find in Lima! I believe the vendor is called the Dragón Rojo, but don't quote me on this.
Like any safe street food vendor, you can see a lot of turnover and lots of locals ordering churros to go. The crispy confection is not like a Mexican or Spanish churro; this is thick dough with a light sugar outside. The "surprise" is a thick and oozing amount of manejar - similar to dulce de leche. This stand is the best spot for some delicious churros right after lunch! "
