This map of Sofia is an all-encompassing map designed to be the one-stop shop for everything you need to know for a stay in one of Europe's oldest cities. I've designed this map to be used both for pre-scouting sights and recommended restaurants, and as a map to reference what's nearby as you walk around Sofia. About: At the base of the Vitosha Mountain, Europe's second oldest city marks more than 2,000 years of history. Blending Greek, Roman, and Soviet history into one diverse and modern metropolis, with visible chunks of history scattered throughout the city.

In this map you can find pins of where to eat (including veggie spots highlighted), where to drink, what to see + things to do! You will enjoy Sofia, probably a lot more than you’re expecting! 🚌 Take advantage of their public transportation as well . You can tap your credit card + their system will limit your total number of tickets to be equivalent to a daily pass = 4 leva ~ 2 euros! It’s amazing. Please remember to do your own research before embarking on any trip. Although I’ve personally visited 90% of these spots (others came from local recommendations), businesses can close, areas can change + the information may not be 100% accurate for your time of trip.
