Chef Gregory Marchand creates an ever-changing tasting menu showcasing seasonal flavors and innovative techniques.  Be prepared for a splurge, with tasting menus costing around €150-€200 per person.

Expect to pay over a 100 euros for a meal here. Well-worth it but definitely a splurge.
