Dome Square

Dome Square wasn't officially given its current name until 1885, and its present appearance solidified in 1936 when construction projects were finalized. Today, the square is surrounded by impressive structures from the 19th and early 20th centuries. Cobblestones pave the way for tourists and locals alike, and the Riga Dome Cathedral remains the focal point. Street performers, vendors selling local crafts, and open-air cafes add to the lively atmosphere.
