Coralie championing ancient mustard recipes and wine, not certified but grown in accordance with nature, Clement selling turmeric with the fresh leaves intact & Claire with a huge range of produce that she grows herself with the AB 'AGRICULTURE BIOLOGIQUE' Certification. She comes to the market once a week and spends the rest of the time gardening! 'Look at my hands!' All so generous and enthusiastic with their knowledge. Walking around the market you can sense the vibrancy of the produce grown naturally in comparison to everything else. Thursday is the day most of the organic growers are present."
