"For dinner, you shouldn't miss out on Mama Gaia (Mother Earth). You can choose between a 3-, 4- or 5-course dinner. If that's a bit too much for you, simply have some tasty snacks at the bar instead. Next to delicious plant-based meals, Mama Gaia offers pairings with either alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. This not only complements the taste of the food, it also completes the dinner experience. The building that is home to Mama Gaia is an old, monumental building. During the renovation, many materials were reused. What used to be a laboratory now welcomes the 'impact hub Oceans' of which the restaurant is part. The rest of the space is used for meetings, events and office space for sustainable businesses. Mama Gaia also works together with organic and zero waste suppliers. Even the plants for decoration are organically grown in order to boost biodiversity. If you're still not convinced about how awesome this place is, perhaps the food can change your mind!"
