"The classic ramen to try here is the "Ramen Sapporo Ichiruan - Genki no Deru Miso Ramen"
This ramen is made with medium-thick curly noodles, which are popular in Sapporo. The garlic is delicious because it is cooked in a way that does not smell. The vegetable in the center, is a wild green onion only found locally.
