When I first saw the shop with the "gluten free" sign outside I was extremely skeptical. The store front is very unassuming and I was sure it wouldn't be safe. Nevertheless, I went inside, I started asking my questions, and the owner and I ended up chatting for at least half an hour. He told me how they make their GF pizza and farinata (description below) in a separate oven with separate utensils and are diligent to always wash their hands. And then, in true Italian fashion, I got his entire life story and we were instant besties, lol!
This is just a takeaway spot but they do have some benches out front where you can sit. I got the farinata with stracchino and pesto and it was absolutely delicious. I'd say it's one of my favorite things I ate in Cinque Terre!
