"Congressional Cemetery has two types of Cherry Blossom trees, and both can be found located between The Chapel and 17th Street SE. The Okame are first to bloom, then the Kwanzan are the last of the Cherry Blossoms.
You'll want to enter on the cemetery along E Stree SE, then walk straight to The Chapel, and bear right.
You can find free 2 hours parking available in the local neighborhood.
*Don't miss getting a copy of one of the many free walking tour guides as you enter, located in a small box just outside the building to your left. "
