What people say

Trinity Hobdey
"The Capri, located just outside of downtown Boise, is a beloved diner known for its hearty fare and vibrant atmosphere. A highlight of the menu is the cowboy potatoes, a hearty and flavorful potato rendition that keeps patrons coming back for more. Despite its traditional, rustic vibe, The Capri always has a wait—and for good reason. It exudes an edgy vibe, offering a greasy spoon experience that truly pops off. And if you're in need of a hangover cure, look no further than the cowboy potatoes—they're the perfect remedy after a night out on the town. PS: The Capri has a sister restaurant named Delsa's, (listed below) which offers a drive in style vibe, with a huge homemade ice-cream selection and is equally popular among locals as well. (Fun Fact: I used to work at this diner as a teenager, and have several (not so) fun stories about spilling water or coffee on patrons o.o)"
