"Wow! It's been weeks but we still can't stop thinking about what we ate here.  In fact over our 4 mths in QC, we went 5 times, taking all our visiting friends. Boosting an amazing selection of traditional Quebecois food, this place is a party for your taste buds. We highly recommend the deer tartare or "tartate de cerf" (go the main, the entree was just not enough!), the tourtier meat pie (the traditional Quebec meat pie) and the bison sandwich (who knew a sandwich could be so good). Bookings are a must if you don't want to queue, but they leave tables for walk ins. Kids menu available"
"Recommendation: Pouding Chômeur Description: Conclude your meal at La Buche with a sweet treat – the Pouding Chômeur. This classic Quebecois dessert consists of moist cake drenched in maple syrup, providing a delightful and authentic ending to your dining experience."
