"Herkulov Vodnjak (Hercules Fountain) is a replica of a Baroque fountain that once graced Stari trg (Old Square) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The original fountain was built in the 17th century but was unfortunately dismantled in the late 18th century due to a lack of water supply.
In the early 21st century, a team of architects led by Marko Mušič reconstructed the fountain based on historical research and conservation efforts. The replica fountain, unveiled in 2006, now stands on a wider section of Stari trg in front of Stiški dvorec (Stična House)."

"Hercules' Fountain (Herkulov vodnjak) stands in front of the Stična Mansion (Stiški dvorec) at the southern end of Stari trg (Old Square) on the right bank of the Ljubljanica. The 17th-century fountain features the hero and a lion. Dolphins spurt water at the bottom. This is actually a replica, though. The original was moved to Town Hall."
