The sweets at @cafechairo are handmade by the American owner, James, who became passionate about vegan recipes after discovering his own allergy to dairy products, and who used to work at a Japanese tea store in Boston before opening his own cafe in Japan. One of the most popular items on the menu are "Miso dumplings", gently placed in spoons as you can see in the 📸
