"The biggest brown bear sanctuary in the world. You can support their work by a regular visit, or stay for their volunteering program. Visiting hours are strict, it’s nearly impossible to visit by public transport but definitely worth it. Since they have rescued over 100 bears it’s very likely you will see at least a handful of them, however it is not a zoo - you will not be guaranteed to see bears, much less to interact with them."
