"Worth the long walk up the hill and kind of guilt-free because of all the exercise in getting there. Bonomia is an artisanal bakery whose philosophy can be summed up in a few words: flour, water, salt... and time ! Some basic but quality elements. The bread is made with natural sourdough and organic flours, some of which come from peasant seeds. Delicious brioches are also offered such as chouchou (hazelnuts and almonds). The Cardamom roll is not too sweet which I liked and the savoury foccacia-like breads were outstanding. - you can taste the love from the staff in the food this is a must-visit and a great area to explore. "
