Hualapai Hilltop

"The hike starts at the Hualapai Hilltop Parking lot. There are not many utilities here. There’s no public water, no electricity, and no cell service. However, there are composting bathrooms. The view from the parking lot is stunning, especially in the morning when the sun is rising, which is when I recommend you start the hike so you can avoid the heat as much as possible. The tribal staff will not let you begin your hike at the parking lot after 2:00pm. They will turn you away if you try to pass through the checkpoint after 2:00pm. "
