"Founded in 1968, Bar Bip Bip is tiny and rustic—just 18 square meters—but it has established itself as one of the most important places to listen to high-quality music in Rio de Janeiro. It opens at 8 pm, and musicians gather to play samba, choro, bossa nova, and blues. The atmosphere is as relaxed as it gets: customers help themselves to beer from the fridge - payment in cash."
