"Blossom is an extremely small restaurant, but it sticks out incredibly nicely with so many flowers all over the front. Argentine chef Emi Schobert takes inspiration from his time in Patagonia to make such a delicious feast of a dinner. It clearly has worked - in only three years Blossom garnished a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin guide. If you're lucky, you'll see Chef Emi in the black flaming gnocchi with a blow torch and gently finishing dishes with edible flowers!"
