"A must visit cafe when in Granada. This cafe is staffed by deaf people and upon sitting at your table, your menu (along with art on the walls) will show you the sign language to use to communicate with the staff. The idea behind this cafe was to help those with a disability (or I prefer the term super power) find employment whilst changing the narrative of fear which locals may have around disabilities. The food here is lovely, perfect for a cheap brunch while supporting a great cause and remember to smile - it is Cafe de las sonrisas after all! A sandwich and drink here will cost between $2-4 (May23)"
