"Prioni Beach is a quiet and hidden spot, located about 1km east of Agios Kirikos on the road to Therma in Ikaria. It's a natural cove with a mix of sand and pebbles. The cliffs and rocks around Prioni make it a cool place for those who like to dive or jump into the sea from heights of up to 12 meters. There's also a small, private cove next to the main beach, but you can only reach it by swimming. This area is great for snorkeling too. To get to Prioni Beach, you can take the stairs from the north end of Agios Kirikos main square toward the police station. After about a 10-minute walk, the stairs turn into a narrow road passing a little church on the right. Follow the path down to the church and then continue down to reach the swimming area at the bottom. From there, you'll need to swim a short distance to Prioni, which you can see to the north. It's a good idea to wear sturdy shoes for the walk down from the church to the swimming area."
