"The northern province of Friesland is all about sailing. As there is good access to canals and lakes, Heeg and Sneek are much loved destinations for water sports. To be fair, Heeg is a village where there's not much else to do besides hopping on a boat. Sneek, on the other hand, is a larger town with museums (about boats) and bars. It's said you cannot go to Sneek without also paying a visit to 'Weduwe Joustra' for a drink. Adults only!"
