"Maassluis is a tiny town which isn't much more than a harbour, really. But what a cute harbour it is! If you're interested, there is a museum on towage which tells you all about Maassluis and its towing boats since the 19th century. Travelling some 15 minutes by metro will bring you to the bigger town of Schiedam, which is known for its distilleries. It has both a historic harbour and a much more modern harbour to accommodate industrial ships."
