Round Journal
"I've had the pleasure of visiting the Yayoi Kusama Museum twice so far and like the chill and intimate vibe there. Definitely worth a visit if you are a fan of her work.
It's important to note that you MUST make sure you purchase your tickets online well in advance! As you will be turned away if you don't have a pre-booked ticket.
Tickets are released at 10am (Japan Time) on the first day of each month, and cover availability and entry for the month after the next. Be sure to purchase as soon as tickets are released as they tend to sell out very quickly.
Photography and filming is not allowed throughout most of the museum.
- Open 11am - 5.30pm
- Closed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Ticket price - ¥1,100
Nearby Attractions:
1. Shinjuku Gyoen: A large park with beautiful Japanese gardens; a great spot for relaxation.
2. Kagurazaka: A charming neighborhood known for its traditional atmosphere, narrow alleys, and excellent dining options. "
