"If you visit Sirigiya this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you must do!
And it is truly a once in a lifetime thing, because it's so high up you feel you will die if you fall.
If you are afraid or highs or have vertigo, you won't be able to reach the top as this historical UNESCO site has super thin rails that shake a bit until you reach the top where the most beautiful view of Sirigiya will be found.
You can pay by card and the price is around USD 35 per person which includes Lion's Rock and the museum and the ruprestee paintings.
My legs were shaking after the top, so I didn't see the paintings but you should!"

"Step back in time and explore the most well preserved proof of ancient urban planning in the world! This incredible UNESCO world heritage site gives sweeping panoramic views of the jungle below. It truly left me speechless and was 100% worth the 30 dollar fee. "

"Archaeological site consisting of the ruins of an ancient palace, built during the reign of King Kashyapa. It is one of Sri Lanka's eight World Heritage Sites. Not recommended if you have vertigo ... the ladder up is quite exposed!"
