"Book a patio table, order some wine and tapas, then sit back, relax, and wait- your traditional paella order will take 30-40 minutes to prepare, but be worth the wait. This meal is great to order for a large group, and I love how they take an "everything but the kitchen sink" approach to both the vegetarian and seafood options options- you never fully know what local fare will be tucked inside that paella!
