"The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the center of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs. Outdoor Bar by the pool (open from May to September) is open daily from 18.30 pm and is accessible to the general public."
