I created a 7 day itinerary for a chilly fun filled week in Tromsø Norway. I tried my best to find my way through this city as cheap as possible while splurging on local guided tours. If you have done any research on Norway you must be thinking how could someone make this a cheaper affordable trip…. I found a way! The use of tours substitutes my lack of having a vehicle while visiting this city.
