"Although Jack Astors is a chain restaurant (which is one of the big reasons I didn't list it above) it still is a great place to catch the sports games, grab a dirty bite to eat, and my favourite part: grab a drink (my favourite are the fish bowls) on their roof-top patio that has great views of downtown Kingston. The restaurant is centrally located so easy to get to, but be aware that if there's a concert or a sports game going on, it will likely be busy. "
