"- easy .5 mile loop
- If you’re staying in White Tank Campground the trail to Arch Rock begins there. The trail starts near site 13.
- If you’re not staying in White Tank Campground you must park in Twin Tanks (off of Pinto Basin Rd.) and make the 1.4 mile walk to Arch Rock.
- Since you’re already here walk the short distance to see Heart Rock (take the juncture in the trail heading towards the hills)
There is no shade so if you’re in the park during the hot months we recommend doing hikes/trails early in the morning or towards evening. Exercise caution is the hot months and always bring enough water. "
