"Calypso Edmonds is a restaurant located near the beach and the ferry dock serving Caribbean food and tropical drinks. Personally, I love their drinks! Not only do they taste amazing, but they are fairly big, so you definitely get the bang for your buck. Their food is great too! I recommend the blackened rockfish fettuccine or their lobster mac and cheese but, honestly, you can't go wrong here no matter what you pick. They are a little bit on the pricey side, but it's worth it. And, if you're going to have one splurge-dinner in Edmonds, this would be the place to go!
