Náplavka Riverbank

What people say

"Náplavka riverbank is the perfect weekend spot in Prague, especially on Saturdays when the farmers market comes to life! 🥕🍞 This vibrant market is packed with locals and visitors, so I recommend arriving around 9 or 10 AM to beat the crowds and snag the best fresh produce. While you’re there, don’t miss the charming bars tucked inside the wall—perfect for a post-market drink! 🍻 After exploring, cross the bridge to Smíchovská Náplavka for more stunning views and a different vibe. Keep an eye on Facebook events for year-round activities—there’s always something happening (links for yearly events below)"

"📍Tram Stop "Palackeho Namesti" The Naplavka riverside has always been a go-to location for me, especially in the summer. As you walk along the dock, there are food stands, boats where you can stop and take a break or swans that get close to the shore and interact with visitors. Above all, it is a great location to sit down by the river, - alone or with friends - and take the time to enjoy the city. At the end of it, you can walk towards the steps that lead to the Vysehrad castle (see above). "

"Stop here for food or drinks (or both)! You'll find plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars along the river here! "
