"Hiking in a tropical forest. This reserve is lesser visited by tourists, so that just means you will have more to yourself! The park is open from Wednesday to Sunday, 8 am - 4 pm. Entrance fee is $12 Hiking Trails: 1) Arboretum Trail (1 km) - a short 30 min hiking trail 2) Danes Trail (2 km) - a 1 hour hike in the tropical forest 3) Sueco Trail (10 km) - challenging hike with elevation change that goes to the beach Playa Cabo Blanco NOTE FOR THE SUECO TRAIL: -The majority of the trail is shaded but very hot and humid -Start your hike early in the morning to be able to spend time at the beach -Allocate between 4-5 hours round trip -Depart the beach by 2 pm to return before dark 📍Tips: -Bring LOTS of water. It's extremely hot and there’s no refill stations. -Wear good shoes -Avoid doing the beach trail if it's raining Check out the below link 👇 for some more information about hiking the reserve."
