Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya

"I stayed at the Riu Palace Riviera Maya - All Inclusive in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is situated only 1.3 km from Playacar Beach and has great facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a garden. I was pleased to find free private parking and free WiFi throughout the property. The staff were attentive and helpful, providing excellent service. The hotel's restaurant was fantastic and there was also a kids' club and a shared lounge for guests to enjoy. The hotel provided room service, and the 24-hour front desk was always available to help with organizing tours and answering any questions I had. The air-conditioned room I stayed in was well-equipped with a wardrobe, a coffee machine, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV, a terrace and a private bathroom with a shower. The room was clean and comfortable and included bed linen and towels. In the morning, I enjoyed a delicious buffet, continental or American breakfast at the property. The hotel also offered a children's playground and car hire services, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Playa del Carmen, with ADO International Bus Station just 2 km away and Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal 1.8 km away. Cozumel International Airport is the nearest airport, located 33 km from the hotel."
