"​The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is a 22 seat subterranean restaurant serving a seven course or ten course menu with optional wine and cocktail pairing. The cave was discovered in 2013 during the construction of a new villa, and is now ready to welcome guests for a unique dining experience amongst stalagtites. Book well in advance or join the waitlist. The dining experiece at The Cave: • Lunch: 12.30 – 2.30 pm Tuesdays to Sundays • Dinner: 5.30 – 7.30 pm • Dinner second seating: 9.00 pm – 11.00 pm Pricing: • IDR 1.750.00++ 7 course set menu. • IDR 3.500.000++ 7 course set menu with wine and cocktail pairing. Lunch and the 9:00pm dinner seating offers an optional 10 course set menu. Prices are: • IDR 2.300.000++ optional 10 course set menu. • IDR 4.250.000++ optional 10 course set menu with wine and cocktail pairing. For special occasions and holiday pricing, menu, and timing may vary.
