"The BEST bobun in Paris plus even better burgers, nibbles, and a banging lunch deal is at Siseng. Their bobun is made with a green curry on the beef. The lunch special consists of a burger, sweet potato fries, and a drink. These are no average burgers either! This is an asian fusion restaurant, so all of the items have a thai-like flavor. The buns are steamed like a bao burger. The sauce for the sweet potato fries is a creamy sweet peanut/sesame mixture and sooo good! I constantly crave the food here. It's a very small place, so I recommend going on a nice day so you can take your meal to-go and sit alongside the canal saint-martin. I recommend the burger "Kai", bobun, and the fried risotto balls.
