Dan Tanda
"If you are a train fan, this is the place for you.
Plenty of trains to see, from electric trains, steam engines on turntables outside, to the first Shinkansen.
You can enter some of the trains and have a play around with the driver controls, but there are often queues to go into the driver's cabin.
It is a popular spot for kids and families as well, so they have interactive displays for kids, as well as a miniature railway display that runs every 45 minutes.
They also have a Shinkansen simulator that drivers actually use for training, but you have to buy your ticket in advance online. It costs 100yen and I've included the link to the site, but you'll have to use google translate to translate the site."
