"📍Tram stop "Chateau"
Great museum to discover marine paintings and art from the 16th century onwards.
It was bombed during the Second World War and most of its collection got destroyed. A new museum opened after the war with surviving works and many objects donated by the City of Glasgow.
You will find paintings, sculptures and graphic arts: a collection directly linked to Brest's maritime identity. The temporary exhibitions change a few times a year.
Good to know : the entrance fee is 5 EUR. "
